These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FlipListr, operated by Jared Hornfeck ("we," "us," "FlipListr"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use FlipListr.
FlipListr is a tool that helps eBay sellers create listings. You upload photos of items you own, and AI models generate a draft title, description, pricing suggestion, and item specifics. You review that draft and choose to publish it to eBay through your connected eBay account. FlipListr also provides inventory tracking, profit estimation, and a free Scout tool for checking resale value before purchase.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share accounts or use the service on behalf of another seller without their explicit consent. You must be at least 18 years old to use FlipListr.
When you connect your eBay account, you authorize FlipListr to create, update, and manage inventory items and offers on your behalf via the eBay Sell API.
You are solely responsible for all listings created through FlipListr. FlipListr is a tool that assists you — it does not replace your judgment. Before publishing any listing, you must confirm that it is accurate, complies with eBay's policies, and accurately represents the item you are selling.
You agree to follow eBay's User Agreement, Seller Performance Standards, and all applicable eBay policies at all times. FlipListr is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay. eBay may suspend or restrict your account for policy violations regardless of whether you used FlipListr to create a listing.
FlipListr uses OpenAI and Anthropic AI models to generate listing titles, descriptions, and item specifics. AI-generated content may be inaccurate. The AI may misidentify items, suggest incorrect prices, omit important details, or produce descriptions that do not match your item.
You must review every AI-generated field before publishing a listing. You are responsible for ensuring that listings are truthful and that items match their descriptions. FlipListr makes no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.
You may use FlipListr only for its intended purpose: helping you list items you own or have the right to sell on eBay. You may not:
FlipListr offers a free plan with a limited number of listing scans per month, and paid plans with higher scan limits. Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are displayed on the pricing page at fliplistr.com/pricing.
You may cancel a paid plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period, except where required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to subscribers by email.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the listing data you create. By using FlipListr, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content to operate the service. We do not claim ownership of your listings or inventory data.
You can export your data or delete your account at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details on data retention.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the operation of the platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination unless the violation is severe or ongoing.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@fliplistr.com.
FlipListr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times, that AI outputs will be accurate, that listings will result in sales, or that pricing suggestions reflect actual market value. Pricing suggestions are estimates based on available data and should always be verified before listing.
We are not responsible for eBay account suspensions, buyer disputes, "Item Not As Described" claims, or any other consequences of listings you publish. You are responsible for your eBay seller account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipListr's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid to FlipListr in the 3 months before the claim arose. FlipListr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ohio.
We may update these Terms. We'll update the effective date at the top and notify you by email if the changes are material. Continued use of FlipListr after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
