If FlipListr is not a fit after your first paid checkout, email support within 7 days and we will refund that first charge.
What is refundable?
Your first paid subscription charge is refundable within 7 calendar days of the charge date. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
How do I request it?
Email support@fliplistr.com from the email address on your FlipListr account and include "Refund request" in the subject.
What is not refundable?
Renewal charges after the first 7-day window, overage charges, and partially used billing periods are not refundable unless required by law or approved case by case.
What happens to access?
If we refund a paid subscription, paid plan access may end immediately and the account may return to the free tier.
